Dear speakers at the Tokyo Conference of the CHIR,
I hope that your paper for the conference is in progress.
In the previous e-mails regarding paper submission, I forgot to mention one important point about references of paper.
I would deeply appreciate it if you could pay attention to the following instruction.
・Number references consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text.
・All references cited must be listed at the end of your paper.
・Please do not use footnotes on each page.

Dear speakers at the Tokyo Conference of the CHIR,
This is to inform the ways in which papers can be submitted. Manuscripts should be sent to the Secretariat of the Tokyo Committee of the CHIR(address below). Electronic submission is particularly welcomed, but postal submission is also accepted. Details are as follows:
Electronic Submission: Manuscripts can be submitted via e-mail as attached document to the Secretariat at wtnbhi@aol.com (adding in CC. these two following e-mails: berghaim@yahoo.co.jp, wtnbhi@tufs.ac.jp).
Postal Submission: Posting to the Secretariat a computer disk (3.5 inch HD/DD disk or CD-ROM) containing manuscripts in Microsoft Word format is accepted. Electronic manuscripts have the advantage that there is no need for rekeying of text, thereby avoiding the possibility of introducing errors.

Dear speakers at the Tokyo Conference 2004,
I inform you that the opening of the Tokyo Conference 2004 of the CHIR is approaching in September 2004. Those who are scheduled to make a presentation at the Congress should submit a text with 10-15 pages(A-4) to the Secretariat of the Tokyo Committee of the CHIR (address below).
General instructions for preparing manuscripts are as follows:
・Use a page size of "A4" (210 by 297 mm)
・30 lines per page
・Choose "Times New Roman" as font type
It should be also noted that each speaker have 20-25 minutes for communication at the session
